The 23:47 collection was born between Sant Francesc and Migjorn beach. Forty-three pieces, handmade in Paris, in limited edition. Here's how it began.
23:47
The scooter gave up without warning, on the downhill between Sant Francesc and Migjorn. No signal. No light. A half moon. We pushed for twenty minutes, laughing less and less, then we stopped pushing.
Someone had a speaker in their bag. Someone else still had peaches, bought that morning at the market, warm and a little bruised. We sat on the low wall of a field. The first song was enough.
00:30
Headlights passed twice without stopping. The third car stopped — not to rescue us: to stay. They had wine and a better playlist. We mixed the two.
The necklaces we wore that night took on the dust of the road, the salt of the afternoon, the scent of warm pines. No one took them off. No one ever does.
We said one hour. We stayed until morning.
06:15
The light came back from the sea. The field was nothing extraordinary — stones, a fig tree, a low wall. Maybe that's why we remember it so well. Someone fixed the scooter in three minutes. No one was in a hurry to leave.
The autumn after
Back at the atelier, in Paris, we looked for what remained of that night. Glass the color of a half moon. Sun-warmed stone. Thread that holds when you push a scooter. The 23:47 collection counts forty-three pieces — a number set by the atelier, not by marketing.
The series has been closed since October 12. It will not be reissued. Those who wear them know why they're named the way they are.
Every KIBO piece is made by hand in Paris, in limited edition. When a material runs out, the series stops.
