Every piece leaves the atelier in a box worth keeping, shipped from Paris within 48 business hours. And if the jewel doesn't find its place, it comes back — no questions asked.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared at the atelier, in Paris, and handed to the carrier within 48 business hours. Each jewel travels in its KIBO case, ready to be gifted — including to yourself.
An email with the tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination.
Customs (outside the European Union)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties or additional fees depending on local law. KIBO Paris covers the shipping, but local customs fees remain the recipient's responsibility.
Timing, cancellations & special conditions
During collection launches and the holiday season, demand concentrated over a few days can extend dispatch times. All transit times are indicative and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
KIBO Paris cannot be held responsible for delivery errors when the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, nor for cancellations that cannot be processed in time due to how quickly orders are prepared.
In exceptional cases beyond our control, an order may be cancelled: you would then be informed within 24 business hours and refunded to the original payment method.
Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from receipt to return a piece, no justification needed. The piece must be unworn, in its original case.
To start a return, write to us at [email protected] with your order number — we'll reply within 48 hours with the steps to follow. Return costs are your responsibility; we recommend tracked shipping.
The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the piece arriving back at the atelier. An exchange for another piece from the collection is possible, subject to availability — editions being limited, it's best to write to us quickly.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt — our 30-day return policy covers and extends it.
